ParaNorman stop-motion models and concept art display...

In the new stop-motion animation movie ParaNorman, an outcast boy who can speak to ghosts must help protect his New England town from the supernatural threat of witches, zombies and an age old curse.

To help create excitement for the animated feature these concept art designs for Blithe Hollow Middle School and the movie's characters, plus an actual set filled with stop-motion puppets used in the production of the film, were on display at ArcLight Sherman Oaks cinema on August 14, 2012.

It really is incredible to see the detail of this school set and individual characters up close. Everything from the miniature overhead projector to the sweeping brush and litter in the hallway, shows you how much work went into creating this scene in the movie.
